I am absolutely horrified by my experience at Ideal Dental. The first red flag should have been when I walked in and there was no one at the front desk to check me in for over 10 minutes. The second was waiting an hour in the lobby just to be taken back for my X-rays and exam. I was there for well over an hour before they even got started. When it came time for my X-rays, the dental assistant said, "Not my best work, but it will do." That is not something I want to hear during a new patient appointment. She then took my blood pressure, walked away without saying a word, and left the cuff on me until another dental assistant came in and had to redo it. Before my appointment, I completed all of my new patient paperwork and also explained that I have a very small mouth and jaw, which makes it difficult for me to keep my mouth open for long periods of time. Instead of being patient and understanding, I was met with huffing and puffing while they were trying to take photos inside my mouth. They also made multiple comments about how small my mouth and jaw are, even though I had already explained my situation. There was no reason to keep bringing it up. I have lived in a lot of places and therefore have seem many dentists over the years. And at the age of 84, I can say, without reservation, that Dr. Nadia is by far the best! She saw me because of a bad tooth. She was gentle, kind, ann amazing listener and patient! There was no pressure on me to become a patient but as soon as I returned home, I called her office and made an appointment for a full exam! From the moment I stepped into the office from being welcomed by Bettina at the front desk to assistants Michelle and Stephanie, I felt welcomed and nurtured and left the office with a big smile on my face! Thank you, Dr. Nadia and everyone in the office for helping me to feel welcomed!

Outstanding care from start to finish! I had such a great experience at Ideal Dental in Surprise. From the moment I walked in, Mayra at the front desk was warm, efficient, and so helpful with check-in and questions. Alana took my X-rays and made the whole process quick and comfortable—she explained each step and checked in to make sure I was doing okay. Michelle, the dental assistant, was fantastic and attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. And Dr. Nadia was exceptional—thorough, gentle, and clearly explained my treatment options without any pressure. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time. I felt genuinely cared for by the whole team. Highly recommend Ideal Dental in Surprise!

Dr. Nadia and Dr. Hayes are awesome! These dentists are the kind that lose sleep over how to provide the best care for us. I have seen many outside dentists and I leave feeling like I left a car dealer after a sales pitch. However Dr. Nadia and Dr. Hayes educate on the matter at hand, provide an honest plan, and execute GENTLY because they truly care about the outcome. I highly recommend!

I was traveling out of state and needed dental care, and I'm so glad I found this office. Dr. Nadia was very caring and made me feel comfortable, and the whole team was super kind and welcoming! I also really appreciated being able to get a weekend appointment. Highly recommend! 😊
